Hi, I’m Nina, thanks for stopping by.

I can talk non stop about hot trends and up & coming designers to watch out for but I’m not so good at talking about me! (that’s why it’s taken almost a year to write this!) But seeing as I’ve had SOOO many people tell me to fill out my about section it’s about time I give it a go!

I’m a London based High St. Fashion Designer, Asian Fashion Blogger and newbie Fashion writer. I started The Asian Fashion Journal to promote and share my thoughts on some of the most exciting and diverse Indian fashion talent out there. I am equally charmed by the pioneers of Asian Fashion- Manish Malhotra, Abu & Sandeep and Sabyasachi as I am by the hot new designers making waves from Bodice, Kallol Datta & Retarded Velvet.

    Hi Nina,

    We’d love you to come along to the first private screening of short film “My Beautiful White Skin” in London, Soho.

    The film follows Parita as she desperately tries to lighten her skin in time for a Bollywood audition, and we think that this topic is really relevant in the asian community.
